Tech is usually a hot ticket commodity for Black Friday Sales and this year is no exception, but after Black Friday comes Cyber Monday, the hottest day for online sales. Many of the stores aren’t even making much distinction between the days, they are just carrying their sales on. Watch closely for unadvertised Cyber Monday Smart Home sales in many of your favorite stores.

Cyber Monday Smart Home Sales

Several of the stores even started the week before Thanksgiving. The ones to watch on Cyber Monday are Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Staples and Best Buy. Many of these gifts might not directly be for smart homes or home automation, but they are connected indirectly.

Home Depot

If you are into Smart Home Technology, then this is the store to watch for Cyber Monday Smart Home deals. Last year, they had a lot of unadvertised specials. One thing to watch for is a WinkHub which is available for 99¢ when you buy two Wink connected devices, and they conveniently have the Nest Learning Thermostat for $199 plus a $20 rebate. They are also sure to have deals on smart home appliances, that — when combined with government rebates — will save you a pretty penny.

Staples

Staples is all over Cyber Monday this year with some good deals. Save $100 online with an Asus X205 laptop for $149 and $20 on a Nobis 7-inch 8GB tablet making it only $39.99. Staples will save you a $100 on a Dell 24″ monitor making it only $99, and they are offering up to $250 off of select computers. Keep an eye out for unadvertised specials on things like their security equipment.

Walmart

Walmart is one of the few that actually released their Cyber Monday deals ahead of time. You can save $500 on a Samsung 55-inch 4K Ultra HD TV and get it for $998 or save $300 on a Sanyo 58-inch 1080p LED HDTV for $499. They also have the Sony PlayStation 4 with Lego Batman and Little Big Planet 3 bundled with your choice of an extra game and controller for $449, which is a $189 savings.

iPhone5S for $3 and the iPhone 6 for $124

Head over to Walmart to get a 16GB iPhone 6 for $179, with a two-year contract and a $75 gift card. This makes your iPhone 6 only $124. You can get your iPhone 5S for only $3 at Walmart because they are selling it at $79 with a two-year contract and a $75 gift card.

On Cyber Monday, Walmart also released a Limited Edition Super Mario Brothers Nintendo 3DS XL. It comes loaded with the New Super Mario Bros. 2,and a limited edition red and gold paint job inspired by the game itself. The price of this package won’t be available until Dec. 1,but we are assuming it won’t be too much more than the regular units which are dropping an average of $50 for the holiday shopping frenzy.

Motorola

Motorola is knocking $100 off of their Moto X, with no contract. That gives you a 16GB phone for only $360. The nice thing is that when you sign up, you get a code which you can use after the big rush is over, but you must use it before December 15th. This phone is perfect for controlling your smart home appliances.

Microsoft

Microsoft has made the Xbox One available over the entire Thanksgiving weekend for $329 bundled with either Assassin’s Creed Unity or Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. This deal becomes available online Monday through Best Buy, Amazon, GameStop, Target, Walmart, Toys R Us, and Microsoft.

Amazon

The Amazon Fire Phone is available until, Monday December 1, with no contract for $199. Amazon Fire HD7 is available with a $30 discount for $109. They also have a score of continual Cyber Monday deals running throughout the week, so keep an eye on them, you never know what deal you might snag.

GooglePlay

Last year on Cyber Monday they had a plethora of Free MP3s which ranged from classical to modern, and they promise to have sales up all weekend. Check them out, you never know what you will find.

iTunes

As usual they are offering up a selection of deals including codes for $25% off select apps, games and music. They are also offering 40% off of Dell’s 12.5-inch XPS Touchscreen Ultrabook, bringing the price down to $899.

Ebay

Not to be left out Ebay has joined the Cyber Monday Frenzy with a few deals of their own, many of them however, are just the deals offered by the manufacturers.

  • $90 Staples digital gift card (10% off)
